The provision of any services in the energy, infrastructure, and general commerce sectors, as well as all other activities related to said services or in connection with the present purpose. The Company may create branches in Switzerland or abroad. The Company may acquire, hold, finance, and dispose of real estate, with the exception of residential real estate in Switzerland, as well as holdings in companies, with the exception of companies and enterprises holding residential real estate in Switzerland, and any other securities. The Company may carry out all commercial, movable, or immovable property transactions, and all financial, industrial, or technical operations, including the import-export of all goods or services or the acquisition of stakes in any commercial, financial, or industrial enterprise, in direct or indirect relation to its corporate purpose or likely to promote it, in Switzerland or abroad.
