In general, the company may create branches in Switzerland and abroad, grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, participate in other companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or establish companies aiming at an identical or analogous purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, real estate (within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), movable and other operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or relating directly or indirectly thereto.
