Provision for the benefit of employees and full-time members of the Board of Directors of "Kistler AG" in Winterthur, as well as their survivors, against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death, and support for beneficiaries and their survivors in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. The purpose of the foundation can be fulfilled by paying employer contributions to tax-exempt institutions of occupational pension provision that exist for the benefit of the beneficiaries. The Board of Trustees is also authorized to provide pension benefits for employees and full-time members of the Board of Directors of companies economically or financially closely related to Kistler AG.
