The foundation serves to commemorate Armand (1888-1969) and Rosa (1891-1971) Baudère; in particular, it pursues the purpose of providing the following services to the beneficiaries: care and support in case of illness, disability and other emergencies; enabling and facilitating studies and training courses in Switzerland and abroad; covering education costs not borne by the public; providing the necessary equipment for independent professional practice, to the extent that the beneficiary does not have the means to do so; assuming medical, pharmaceutical, hospital and care costs that the beneficiaries are unable to cover; granting spa and recreational stays; creating and maintaining suitable housing for the beneficiaries, which can be made available to them - depending on their economic distress - without charge or at a reduced rent; financing family reunions and family historical work; providing contributions to scientific, cultural or political work; creating and financing the family registers of the Baudère family.
