The foundation can acquire, manage, and sell properties both domestically and abroad, establish branch offices, participate in other companies, acquire or establish similar or related businesses, and enter into any transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the foundation's purpose, either directly or indirectly related to it.
