Association pour le développement du secteur ETOILE

To represent and defend the interests of its members (owners and superficiaires of the Etoile sector, Carouge municipality); to assist its members in enhancing the parcels and buildings located in the sector as part of the development of the Prailles-Acacias-Vernets (PAV) area, based on the draft law on the development of the Praille-Acacias-Vernets neighborhood, modifying the boundaries of the zones on the territory of Geneva, Carouge and Lancy (creation of a zone 2 in the Etoile sector); to support and advise its members on all matters related to the development of their properties within the framework of this draft law; to give any mandate to its executive secretary to follow the orientations defined by the draft law on the development of the PAV neighborhood in the Etoile sector, including any useful coordination with the entire PAV (cf. statutes for full purpose).
