The purpose of the company is: a) to provide legal services in Switzerland and abroad by lawyers registered in a Swiss or foreign lawyers' register and by qualified advisors; to exercise all mandates, in particular legal, commercial, administrative, intermediary, training, purchasing, sales, holding and management of all types of rights and movable and immovable assets, material and immaterial goods; representation of clients in the context of proceedings before courts, arbitration and other authorities; general and tax advice; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the acquisition of participations in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
