The purchase, sale, holding, administration and management of participations, directly or indirectly, in any company or commercial, financial, movable or immovable enterprise, it being specified that the company may only hold participations in real estate companies with exclusively commercial use in Switzerland. Furthermore, it may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions (properties with exclusively commercial use), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose. The company may also provide any administrative or support services to its subsidiaries, grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, act as guarantor and guarantee any commitment made by its shareholders or third parties.
