The foundation aims to provide financial support to non-profit institutions and projects operating in the canton of Grisons, particularly in the Maloja region. The potential beneficiaries include non-profit institutions and projects with the purpose of a) supporting physically or mentally disadvantaged individuals, b) promoting cultural endeavors and institutions, c) fostering the development of young athletes, d) promoting education and research, including scholarships for local students, e) promoting medical and health counseling and treatment, f) promoting animal and environmental protection, g) promoting the well-being of elderly individuals, h) supporting and advising parents on all matters related to supplementary childcare, i) promoting youth and community projects, and j) supporting sustainability initiatives. The foundation board can set priorities for the pursuit of its objectives and freely decide on the allocation of foundation funds and distributions. The foundation can also cooperate with other organizations to fulfill its tasks and support them. The foundation can operate throughout the canton of Grisons to fulfill its purpose. The foundation is non-profit and does not aim to generate profits.
