The cooperative aims to provide its members with affordable housing through joint self-help, by building and acquiring residential buildings or apartments, excluding any speculative intent. The cooperative can acquire or sell plots of land and real estate, build, acquire, manage or rent houses. When renting, members are given the opportunity to rent the property at the most favorable prices, without any speculative intent. When selling a plot of land, members are given the opportunity to acquire it at a reasonable price.
