For this purpose, it provides the building of the House of Building Culture to the association House of Building Culture Winterthur and its members for a fee. It concludes the necessary lease and usage contracts for this purpose. Rentals without reference to building culture or to the city or the region, which do not exhibit a reference to building culture, require the consent of the board of directors and must be in accordance with the purpose of the association. The association does not pursue its own charitable purposes, but serves the operational and infrastructural facilitation of the activities of the association House of Building Culture Winterthur.
