The association aims to manage, operate, and develop the Zeughausareal Uster (East Part) as a cultural and meeting center in accordance with the provisions of the Zeughausareal Ordinance of the City of Uster dated June 9, 2024. Essentially, the association pursues its purpose primarily through the leasing or renting of the existing premises, the coordination of the various user activities, and the operation of an office. Individual sub-operations can be run by the association as a subordinate secondary activity. In addition, it supports the City of Uster in securing third-party funds and setting up new buildings on the allocated plot of land. The association can engage in all activities that are related to the purpose of the association. The association can participate in other associations with a similar purpose. It can acquire, encumber, dispose of, and manage real estate. The Zeughausareal Uster (East Part) and the buildings located thereon remain the property of the City of Uster.
