BCBS Bäcker-Confiseure Bern-Solothurn

The association aims to safeguard and promote the interests of the profession, in particular to optimize and influence the political and economic conditions for its members; to carry out the tasks assigned by the SBC (Swiss Bakers-Confectioners-Masters Association), the federal government and the cantons; to conclude agreements with organizations and associations close to the baking-confectionery industry; to foster the exchange of experience and promote agreements between regions in vocational training and all matters related to the profession; to ensure a high-quality education, examination and further education system in the interest of the future of the baking-confectionery industry.
