Preservation, promotion and further development of the Krieger Group as an independent, employee-led group of companies across multiple generations; the primary purpose is to ensure the management of the Krieger Group by operationally active executives who should be able to participate in the parent company of the Krieger Group at financially viable conditions; to this end, the foundation can participate in the parent company of the Krieger Group as a shareholder; the foundation can provide the Krieger Group with financial resources for all business needs that serve the preservation and development of the group of companies; these resources are intended to be used in particular for promoting the company's strategy as a market and industry leader in existing and new business areas, for investments in innovations, new technologies and for research and development; furthermore, the foundation can provide employees of the Krieger Group with voluntary financial support in personal/family, health, social or financial difficulties or for professional and technical further training at the discretion of the foundation board; in the event of significant structural changes within the Krieger Group or layoffs, the foundation board can decide on voluntary financial support at its discretion to finance a social plan or provide it to employees; it can also acquire, encumber, sell and participate in real estate.
