The company may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are conducive to its social purpose or are directly or indirectly related to this purpose, participate in and take participations in other companies or group with them, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad, acquire, create, participate in companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with the statutory purpose, carry out all commercial, industrial and financial operations, both movable and immovable, that are directly or indirectly related to the aforementioned purpose, conclude contracts that are intended to develop the company's purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties if this serves the interests of the company.
