The core activity of Stéphane Oester's company 'Boucher de campagne' is the production and sale of meat products, particularly pork, beef and horse meat, produced on its own farm in Grandval. The products are offered smoked, dried or fresh and can be purchased directly on the farm or through deliveries. The company also provides slaughtering and processing services for customers who wish to have their own animals slaughtered and processed.
