Provision for the employees of the founding company and their dependents against the economic consequences of old age, disability and death; support for the provisioner or their dependents in cases of need such as illness, accident, disability and unemployment. The foundation may also make contributions to other tax-exempt pension institutions that serve the same group of beneficiaries for occupational pension purposes. No benefits may be paid out of the foundation's assets for purposes other than provision, to which the company is obligated or which it customarily pays as compensation for services rendered.
