Holding and managing real estate for the pursuit of the foundation's non-profit purpose. The foundation has no commercial or self-help purpose and does not aim to make a profit. The founder reserves the right to change the purpose in accordance with Article 86a of the Swiss Civil Code. The changed purpose must also be exclusively non-profit.
