The management of assets within the meaning of Article 19 of the Federal Act on Financial Institutions, consulting and assistance in financial matters, as well as the execution of all financial transactions connected or related to this purpose for which the company is configured as a provider of financial services within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 1, letter a of the Federal Act on Financial Services. The company is authorized to engage in activities in the publishing, advertising and educational sectors, as well as to acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, and to participate in real estate companies and enterprises; however, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE approval procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 2, letter a) LAFE. The company may participate in other enterprises and engage in all activities that are related to the company's purpose.
