The company's purpose is: A) the management of cinemas in Switzerland; B) consulting and advising in general for all types of companies, particularly in the fields of taxation, accounting, social, economic, multimedia and internet; C) the purchase and sale of commercial companies or individual businesses, as well as their assets, real estate and livestock, mediation of any kind in the aforementioned operations, as well as intervention in technology transfer operations, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; D) the conclusion, by itself or through third parties, of any type of legal business. E) the acquisition, registration, establishment and operation of any other right included in the applicable legislation on intellectual or industrial property, for the purpose of its commercial exploitation, as well as the exercise of the powers resulting therefrom, by carrying out any type of legal activity, by itself or through third parties. The company may, in direct and indirect relation to its purpose: Participate in all companies and carry out all mobile, real estate, financial and commercial operations, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE; Grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it favors its interests; Create branches in Switzerland or abroad. All of the above may be carried out by the Company exclusively or through participation in any other company, in any form authorized by law and having a similar purpose.
