The core activity of the company "Centre de Cereales Bio" (CCBIO) is the processing and marketing of organic and Demeter grains. Specifically, this includes the following activities: storage of grains in wooden crates, drying, cleaning and dehulling of grains, milling of grains into various types of flour, sale of flour types in the company's own organic store "Le Moulin Vert", and operation of a public freezing facility with rental freezing compartments. The core activity is thus the processing and marketing of organic grain products.
