The company's purpose is to carry out all operations in the real estate sector, in Switzerland or abroad, notably the purchase, sale, development, leasing, promotion, construction, renovation, transformation, exploitation, valuation, brokerage, management of real estate, property management or land, administration of co-ownerships, assistance to project owners, project management, planning, studies, architecture, general or total contracting as well as the management of claims, all except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It also aims to practice the fiduciary profession, notably the following activities: accounting for companies and individuals, preparation of balance sheets and income statements, preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities, tax advice and tax planning, limited review and other fiduciary assignments as well as any other activities related to the fiduciary profession. It also aims to carry out any activity related to human resources management, notably the calculation, management and payment of salaries and their declaration, the preparation of salary certificates, the declaration of employees and their regularization with the authorities, recruitment assistance, including the sorting of files, the conduct of job interviews and the preparation of employment contracts, conflict management as well as warnings and dismissals as well as the administrative management of accident or illness cases. The company may also carry out any other activity directly or indirectly related to these purposes; it may notably create branches in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with identical or similar purposes, or merge with such companies, carry out all operations and conclude all contracts likely to develop and extend its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
