The association does not pursue any commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit. All means of the association are used exclusively for the realization of the association's purpose. Collective Transitions aims to achieve the following: Collective Transitions assumes that a sustainable and future-proof future is not far away, but is developed and designed in the here and now. It is shaped by how we behave and act as individuals, as groups and as a society. The current patterns and dynamics decide how the future will manifest and unfold. Collective Transitions advocates for a conscious, integral and societal transformation towards social cohesion and holistic regeneration at national and international levels across sectors and scales of influence. Through the design and further development of applied methods and practices, the teaching and development of individual and collective core competencies, and the accompaniment of longer-term change processes, Collective Transitions wants to contribute to this collective change. Specifically, Collective Transitions aims to offer diverse and complementary offers (including courses, training programs, practice spaces, lectures, etc.), services (including for individuals, companies and institutions), applied innovative action research, development of methodological concepts and practices, publications and collaborations in the field of social change for individuals, teams and organizations. Collective Transitions envisions a society that deeply respects us humans and all living beings and serves them (in their interplay), and thereby promotes the harmony between humans, nature, the humanities and consciousness.
