The company's purpose is the operation and management of hotels and similar or analogous accommodation establishments, in particular the rental and operation of hotels and establishments and ancillary facilities. It may also carry out all commercial, financial or property transactions. It may acquire properties for the realization of its corporate purpose, with the exception of properties subject to the LFAIE. It may also establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose. It may grant loans or guarantees to its shareholders and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
