Cooperativa casa d'appartamenti OF (OFAHG)

To favour its members by offering them the opportunity to purchase or rent apartments and making available to them the properties it owns as a meeting place for its members and Odd Fellows belonging to a lodge. The cooperative aims to achieve this purpose through the construction, purchase, sale and rental of properties and apartments. Furthermore, OFAHG reserves the right to rent and sell its properties to third parties of its choice. The cooperative may also support any social, cultural or sporting initiatives undertaken by its members that are deemed suitable for the development and existence of the cooperative. In particular, OFAHG is willing to make itself available for the administration of the properties it owns or co-owns.
