Subject to other mandatory provisions, CoopTREyto cooperative (hereinafter: the cooperative) aims to unite its members so that through joint action, it accompanies the energy transition and carbon neutrality of the municipality of Treytorrens as a privileged partner of InfraTREyto SA, respectively the municipal authorities of Treytorrens, and thus promotes the economic interests of its members with a view to purchasing energy at cost price. To achieve its purpose, CoopTREyto cooperative will hold a stake in the share capital of InfraTREyto SA, whose purpose is to offer public services to the inhabitants of the municipality of Treytorrens and its surroundings, with the objective of achieving local energy transition and carbon neutrality. In general, the company may participate in other companies, acquire or establish companies with an identical or analogous purpose, carry out all financial, commercial, movable or immovable transactions in direct or indirect relation to its social purpose and suitable for developing it, within the limits of the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE).
