The purpose of the company is the creation and production of fashion accessories, in particular scarves, twillies, pareos, scarves, stoles and similar or related products. The related trade and retail sale through any means that allows distance selling, such as - by way of example and not exhaustively - the internet, telephone, and/or through a physical single-brand or multi-brand store. The company may carry out all securities, real estate, commercial, banking and financial transactions deemed useful or connected to the corporate purpose. It may acquire interests, shares and participations, also in the form of shares, in other companies and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
