The company may, in direct or indirect relation to its purpose: carry out all financial, commercial or industrial activities, movable or immovable property (except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE), create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all companies or activities in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to companies or third parties, if it serves its interests.
