The company may acquire, hold, encumber, alienate and manage real estate in Switzerland and abroad. It may carry out all operations and conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related to it. The company may create branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies. Furthermore, the company may grant or request loans to its shareholders, subsidiaries or related parties.
