Furthermore, the company may grant loans or other financing, either with or without compensation, to its direct or indirect partner companies as well as their direct or indirect subsidiaries, enter into indemnification obligations or subordination agreements in favor of such companies, and provide collateral of any kind, either with or without compensation, for the liabilities of such other companies, including through pledges on or fiduciary transfers of the company's assets or through guarantees of any kind.
