The company's purpose is insurance brokerage, financial, mortgage and tax advice, the provision of collective investment schemes and investment advisory services for third parties, as well as all commercial and financial operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose, with the exception of operations prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may carry out all financial, commercial or industrial, movable or immovable operations, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests. It may, in Switzerland or abroad, create branches and subsidiaries, take participations in other companies, acquire or create similar or similar companies, carry out all business and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto.
