To provide and maintain healthy and affordable housing to its members through mutual self-help and co-responsibility, meeting their housing needs and permanently removing it from speculation. The cooperative strives to offer housing, in particular to employees of SBB, Post, Swisscom and the federal administration, as well as to families, people with disabilities and the elderly; promotes coexistence in the sense of overall social responsibility and mutual solidarity. The cooperative can participate in companies and organizations with the same or similar objectives and acquire membership in an umbrella organization of non-profit building cooperatives.
