EnBAG Kombiwerke AG

In fulfillment of a public task assigned to the EnBAG Group through long-term contracts with the Upper Valais municipalities, particularly in the districts of Brig, Östlich-Raron and Goms, the company aims to produce renewable, environmentally friendly and local energy at a low cost. As a production company of the EnBAG Group, it acquires, constructs, operates and maintains EnBAG power plants, which are exclusively used for electricity generation. It supplies the energy available to it to EnBAG AG. The company may engage in all commercial, financial and other activities related to the company's purpose.
