The company's purpose is the sale and distribution of renewable energy in Switzerland and internationally, as well as the representation of international groups, the installation of photovoltaic panels, heat pumps, charging stations and other renewable energy installations, with the possibility of subcontracting with foreign companies. The company may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad; it may acquire participations in any companies in Switzerland and abroad. The company may carry out all mobile, real estate (except those prohibited by the LFAIE), financial and commercial transactions and assume all functions that would be of a nature to develop the social purpose or that would have a direct or indirect relationship with this purpose. The company may also grant loans to its associates and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
