In Switzerland and abroad, to engage in collective asset management activities within the meaning of Article 24, paragraph 1 of the LEFin. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE), in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, after having previously informed FINMA. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders.
