The foundation aims to support the following individuals: The descendants of Ernst Bucherer, who passed away on March 26, 1977, i.e. his children, grandchildren (with the exception of Cornelia Bucherer, daughter of Bella Wipfli née Bucherer), great-grandchildren, etc.; Christine Bucherer-Unfried, wife of Erich Bucherer, son of the late Ernst Bucherer; Lullu Hersche, born June 22, 1908, Militärstrasse 32, 6000 Lucerne; Marga Düring-Hersche, born August 28, 1913, 84 Stockbridge, Atherton, California, USA; Dorli Partsch-Hersche, born July 28, 1921, Bederstrasse 72, 8002 Zurich. The support is provided to cover the costs of education and upbringing, insofar as the individuals concerned or, in the case of minors, their parents are not or only partially able to meet the necessary expenses from their own resources, as well as generally to support needy family members in cases of illness, disability, unemployment or other emergency situations. In exceptional cases, the foundation may limit itself to providing loans within the scope of this purpose.
