The management of a single family office on behalf of family members and companies affiliated with them; in particular, assistance and consulting in the management of assets, securities and real estate, as well as financial management for family members and companies affiliated with them, and the assumption of mandates on their behalf. The company may conduct any other operation useful for achieving the social purpose. The company may open and maintain branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, hold participations in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, conclude agreements aimed at promoting the purpose of the company or that fall directly or indirectly within the company's areas of activity. The company may also acquire, manage, sell and maintain real estate in Switzerland exclusively for business purposes within the meaning of Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a LAFE and abroad, grant direct and indirect financing as well as provide guarantees or collateral of any kind in favor of affiliated, controlled or third-party companies.
