The foundation aims to use any interest as needed in the following order of priority: a. To support needy legitimate descendants of the founder, with the entitlement to support for female descendants extending only to themselves and their legitimate children. b. To support needy legitimate descendants of the founder's brother, Mr. Franz Josef Beck, with the entitlement to support for female descendants extending only to themselves and their legitimate children. c. To support the remaining siblings and their legitimate children, if they become needy, with the entitlement to support extending to their legitimate grandchildren. d. The entitlement to support for female blood relatives extends to themselves and their legitimate children, but may also be extended to their legitimate grandchildren, after which it ceases. Support may also be provided in the form of scholarships for economic, technical, or commercial training for those entitled to support; to enable a business start-up or continuation, etc. After the extinction of the founder's legitimate male descendants, the female line of descendants, assuming the founder's family name, enters into the rights of the foundation.
