Familienstiftung Louise von Ernest

The purpose of the foundation is to provide contributions to the descendants of Mrs. Louise von Ernest, née von Ernst, and her potential adoptive children (with the exception of Mrs. Béatrice Tzschirner, née von Ernest, who has waived all claims for herself and her potential descendants in exchange for compensation) in the sense of Article 335 of the Swiss Civil Code, to cover the costs of education, training, and equipment for family members. In cases of need, additional support contributions can also be provided. If there are no longer any beneficiaries as defined in paragraph 1, the descendants of Mr. Ludwig Armand von Ernst-von Stürler, Muri bei Bern, will become the beneficiaries of the foundation, with the distribution of the foundation's income to be divided equally among the beneficiaries, i.e. in as many equal parts as there are beneficiaries.
