The foundation's purpose is to provide supplementary occupational pension provision (further provision) in accordance with Article 1e BVV2 for employees and employers in the event of old age and disability, and in the event of death for their survivors. The provision is made in accordance with the BVG, insofar as it is applicable to non-registered pension institutions in the supplementary provision. For the inclusion of the employer, Article 44, paragraph 1 BVG is decisive. The foundation's purpose is achieved by employers who wish to join the foundation doing so through accession agreements. An accession agreement establishes a pension scheme. To achieve its purpose, the foundation may conclude insurance contracts with licensed life insurance companies for all or individual risks, provided that it must be the policyholder and beneficiary itself. The foundation operates within the scope of its purpose in the country. The foundation has no commercial purpose and does not seek to make a profit.
