The Foundation's sole and irrevocable purpose is to support people in difficulty, particularly disadvantaged children and/or those suffering from illness, primarily in French-speaking Switzerland but also in the rest of Switzerland and abroad. It works to improve their living conditions, well-being, and personal development, notably by supporting projects of a social, educational, medical, or solidarity nature, as well as any action pursuing similar objectives. The Foundation does not pursue a profitable purpose. Its profits can only increase its assets, and its losses are covered only by its assets. The Foundation's activities within the framework of its purpose can be specified in an internal regulation. The founders reserve the right to modify the purpose of the foundation under the conditions of Article 86a of the Civil Code. However, the new purpose must remain a purely public utility purpose. This right can only be exercised under the conditions provided by law.
