FONDATION FRANCIS MARIUS BORGEAUD

The foundation aims to provide direct or indirect assistance to needy minor children in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the canton of Vaud. Direct assistance is provided in response to a request from the child, their legal representative, or an institution responsible for the child. The request is examined in accordance with the first paragraph. Indirect assistance is provided to an institution whose objectives also aim to assist needy children in some way, without a designated beneficiary. The Foundation Council decides on indirect assistance at its discretion. The foundation will achieve this goal through all means deemed appropriate by the Council, without making any distinctions of any kind.
