To finance, promote and support projects and activities of a philanthropic nature, primarily in the cultural, educational, scientific, social and environmental fields. Through its activities, which are mainly deployed in the Franches-Montagnes region, secondarily in the Jura region and even more subsidiarily in the rest of Switzerland, the foundation enables the development, growth and recognition of the Jura region in general and the Franches-Montagnes in particular. In order to achieve its purpose, the foundation may organize cultural, promotional and/or other activities. It may acquire or dispose of real estate. The foundation is of public utility; it does not pursue any lucrative or commercial purpose. The profit and capital are irrevocably and exclusively dedicated to the purpose of the foundation. The foundation is independent and neutral in every respect. It does not serve, directly or indirectly, any private or public interest, notably from an ideological, political, religious or economic point of view.
