Fondation de la Commune de Villars-sur-Glâne pour le logement

The foundation's purpose is to build or acquire, mainly in the territory of the Commune of Villars-sur-Glâne, and manage housing units: at moderate rent; specially adapted for elderly people in accordance with the relevant standards; equipped with personal assistance services to meet the residents' daily needs; ensuring social diversity. It is specified that these conditions are not cumulative. The foundation also aims to finance direct housing assistance for the inhabitants of the Commune of Villars-sur-Glâne. The foundation is of public utility, not pursuing any lucrative or commercial purpose, and does not aim to make profits. It excludes any speculative intention. The founders expressly reserve the right to request a modification of the foundation's purpose in accordance with Art. 86a CC. If a public law corporation is legally required to provide services similar to those of the foundation, the latter will only intervene on a subsidiary basis.
