To protect the current and future employees of the SIH group companies against the economic consequences resulting from old age, disability and death; the foundation may not provide any benefits that are the responsibility of the company under the law or a contract, nor any benefits that have the character of a remuneration for work such as family allowances, cost-of-living allowances, seniority bonuses or other salary supplements.
