To reward deserving young bourgeoisie from Staviacois. Thus, all young bourgeoisie living in the locality and having obtained a certificate, baccalaureate, maturity, university degree or a result in the artistic, cultural or sporting field can receive, once only, a scholarship or a prize from the foundation. By 'young bourgeoisie from Staviacois', we mean young people living in the locality, i.e. the villages of Estavayer-le-Lac and Font, in accordance with the territorial division as of December 31, 2014. The rewards are therefore not awarded to young people domiciled in villages that may merge with Estavayer-le-Lac and Font after December 31, 2014 (cf. statutes for full purpose).
