The foundation's purpose is to absorb, manage and continue to use the non-autonomous foundation of the founder "Fonds de soutien de la clinique psychiatrique de Bellelay" in accordance with its current allocation, as per the agreed purpose in Article 3.2 of the contract for the transfer of a non-autonomous foundation dated November 29, 2016. The foundation's purpose is to receive, manage and use, within a common administrative framework, other shares dedicated exclusively, by virtue of the charges imposed by their donors, to public service and/or public interest purposes of all kinds and related, directly or indirectly, to psychiatric services. The foundation's purpose is to generally encourage the allocation of charitable donations for public service and/or public interest purposes related to psychiatric services, in particular by offering the possibility of not establishing autonomous foundations from a legal standpoint. In particular, it enables shares to fulfill their foundation function even when the establishment of an autonomous foundation from a legal standpoint seems unwise due to the ratio between the costs of establishment and administration on the one hand, and the capital and its yield on the other, for economic or other reasons. Within the limits of its purpose and in compliance with the charges imposed on the shares, the foundation may support institutions or projects, regardless of their form, of a social, charitable, humanitarian, medical, ecological, scientific, cultural or other nature. The foundation is a public-law foundation, pursues public utility purposes and has no profit-making purpose. It is neutral in terms of politics and confession.
