to provide financial assistance: - to the Grangeneuve Agricultural Institute, according to a proposed allocation to be made by the management of this establishment, particularly to help the less fortunate students of the institute; - to any public utility organization chosen by the Communal Council of the city of Fribourg, provided it is of interest to the commune of Fribourg; - to the Chambre des Scholarques of the city of Fribourg; - to the Collège St-Michel, with the funds thus donated being allocated according to a proposal to be made by the college management, particularly to help the less fortunate students of the college; - to the Fribourg Art and History Museum, according to a proposed allocation by the museum management. Financial assistance will be provided in principle on a rotating basis and each year to the aforementioned institutions, with the foundation council deciding on this matter at its discretion. If the foundation's income does not allow for the annual payment of a suitable amount to one of the aforementioned institutions, the council may decide to space out these payments over a longer period in order to accumulate sufficient income to provide the necessary assistance.
