The foundation aims to promote the possibility for Swiss and foreign female students to complete one or more semesters of study in Switzerland or abroad through financial support. In accordance with the purpose pursued, the foundation carries out its activities in Fribourg, in Switzerland and internationally. No activity is aimed at generating revenue, except for ancillary activities that help achieve the foundation's purpose, without prejudice to the collection of donations. The founder expressly reserves the right to modify the purpose of the foundation, without prejudice to the collection of donations. The foundation does not pursue a profitable or commercial purpose. If a public law corporation is legally obliged to provide services similar to those of the foundation, the latter only intervenes on a subsidiary basis.
