The Foundation aims to: Preserve the works of Jean-Luc Godard. Promote all the works of Jean-Luc Godard by any means deemed useful. Encourage any publication and support all research work on his works. Protect the rights of the works of Jean-Luc Godard on behalf of the rights holders. Develop links with various centers and institutions interested in participating in the Foundation's work. The Foundation can cover the costs of organizing and planning projects in the aforementioned fields, finance concrete projects and, in general, carry out all steps or develop any activity directly or indirectly related to the stated objectives. The Foundation can receive all forms of donations, grants that will help it achieve its purpose. It can also maintain and develop collaborative relationships with other foundations or recognized structures. The Foundation is non-profit and does not aim for any profit. Within the framework of the set objectives, the Foundation operates on Swiss and international territory. The founders expressly reserve the right to modify the objectives pursuant to art. 86a CC, notably by developing the planned artistic projects. In any case, the Foundation will remain non-profit and will not aim for any profit.
